Here are the classroom rules and class operation guidelines. Please read them comfortably. 😊 1) Each class will finish within the scheduled time — 25-minute and 50-minute sessions will end in 25 and 50 minutes respectively. The teacher needs time to prepare for the next class and take a short break. In addition to teaching, the teacher also works on translation, consulting, mentoring, and external lectures. Within the given time, I’ll make sure every class is enjoyable and productive! 2) You may freely cancel or reschedule your class up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. 3) Class Cancellation or Rescheduling (Within 12 Hours) Within the given time, I’ll make sure every class is enjoyable and productive! • If the teacher needs to cancel or reschedule within 12 hours, the class ticket will be fully returned. • If the student cancels or reschedules within 12 hours: - The first time, one class ticket will be deducted. - From the second time onward, a 50% refund will be applied. • After all purchased lessons in a package are completed, you may take one make-up class per 10 lessons as com pensation. • If the 10+1 promotion applies, the free lesson (1) is considered the make-up class. • No-Show Policy If a student does not attend class without prior notice, the class will be marked as completed.
